Cough Syrup Herbal Remedy / Thyme Lemon & Honey Recipe

Making a herbal cough syrup remedy straight from the garden.

Cough Syrup RECIPE

A hand full of fresh Thyme leaves

1 pint of filtered hot water

make tea, reduce water by half

in pint jar add

1/2 cup Raw Honey

1 small lemon sliced and halved, seeds removed

warm tea and mix

STORAGE

Stores in refrigerator for a month

DOSE

Take a spoonful to reduce coughing, when required
