Hi Guys, dehydrated Tomatoes packed in Oil is one of the many ways I preserve Tomato. Tomatoes would have to be the most versatile fruit when it comes to preserving, It can be frozen, pressure canned, water bath canned, made in to salsa, sauces and other preserved recipes. The skins can be made in to a powder, there is fermented tomato and of course dehydrated tomatoes as well as dehydrating and packing in oil.
So if you are lucky enough to grow a good crop or can purchase bulk when in season, you certainly won't get board through out the year with all of different ways to enjoy your Tomato bounty.
