How to make Hummus with home canned Chick Peas
Hummus Dip Recipe
Into a blender add
1 Pint of Chick Peas / Garbanzo Beans Home canned or drained store bought.
2 medium Raw Garlic, peeled
100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2/5 Cup)
2 tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin
pinch of Pepper
pinch of Sea Salt
juice of 1 Lemon or Orange
Blend and serve
Keeps in refrigerator up to a week
