Hi Guys,
finally a new season and I talk briefly about my health challenges with CFS, Fibromyalgia and Inflammation and what I am doing about it.
Then there are the homesteading challenges, the loss of our family cat Jasper and fox attacks in both the yard and coop and what I did to problem solve threat to both the Muscovy ducks and chickens.
We look at the ever changing food and medicinal garden throughout the seasons, it has been a bountiful year for produce, so that is a win.
Then there was the loss of the beautiful old Grevillea Trees, in the paddock next door, They were native to Australia, full of wildlife activity and then they were gone.....
There are always going to be challenges in life and on the homestead, some you can find solutions to and problem solve and some are out of your control.
You just have to find ways to see the positives in the situation, the best that you can. Look for the wins on the homestead and do what you can, when you can and be ok with that.
I am excited to be back for a new season and thanks so much for being part of the Moat Cottage Community, for watching and sharing our videos, for all of your comments, support and likes.
